L-sealer

MC4040, KC series

Full-wrap with centre-folded film
Manual or semi-automated operation. The performance is up to approx. 20 cycles/min. Combined L-sealers with shrink tunnel with patented electromechanical sealing frame.

Side sealers – intermittent motion

UNIVERSA 400, UNIVERSA 700, UNIVERSA 1000

Fully automatic, intermittent motion operation. Application area is full over wrap with centre-folded or flat film with center folder. The capacity is up to max. 85 cycles/min. For any length of product, for easy size change-over.
Continuous side sealing unit, intermittent motion cross sealing unit. Also available as forming shoe machine with bottom overlap-seal.

Side sealers - continuous motion (Hybrid)

UNIVERSA 500 SERVO

Fully automatic, continuous motion operation. Application area is full-wrap with centre-folded film or flat film with center folder. Capacity is up to max. 120 cycles/min.
Continuous side sealing unit, travelling cross seal bar. Continuous packaging process without product stop.
Also available as forming shoe machine with bottom overlap-seal.

SERVO JET 400 series

Fully automatic, continuous motion operation. Application area is full over wrap with centre-folded film or flat film with center folder. Capacity is up to max. 170 cycles/min.
Continuous side sealing unit, travelling cross seal bar.

Energy-saving shrink tunnels

For the most diverse applications areas, with HV technology too. Presentation and transport packaging and as drying or heating track with highly effective heat insulation of tunnel chambers. COMPACT models with patented ring nozzle heating system for minimized energy consumption.
